Scratch Commenting

I really like scratch because you can get creative and create your own cool games. You have to do coding to make your creation work. If you're new to scratch you can use the tutorials in the corner of your creation that you would have just created. I found it kinda hard to do my coding because I'm not the best at coding but I gave it a try and my little game turned out really good for a starter project. To play my creation you tap the flag on the corner of the screen and they it teaches you a little bit about quality comments and how they work. I really enjoyed creating this with my kaiako Mrs Williams can't wait to use scratch again!😄

Quality comments

Today in ruma rua we were learning about Quality comments with with one of my kaiako Mrs Williams because every Wednesday to teach about being cyber smart. I found it easy to write down what I had learnt from quality comments because I made sure to read the instructions to understand what a quality comment was. I found it hard to concentrate because people around me where talking and distracting me.

Avatar Creation

Today in Team Toroa we were cooperation with our cooperative groups.
I found it easy to cooperate with my small ropu because we all had a job set for each other during this task.
I found it hard to choose a animal and a element for my Toroa because we couldn't find the right element.
Next time I will lt  try and use different animals and elements.

Quality Blog Comments

Today in Team Toroa we were learning how to create positive, thoughtful and helpful comments! I found it really easy to decorate and make my drawing really pretty. I found it a little hard to come up with something positive, thoughtful and helpful in my comment because I didn't really know what exactly to write. Next time I will try to add more onto my comment.

Buddy Blog tour

Today during manaiakalani me and my class where learning about peoples blogs in our class. I found it easy to post it to my blog. I found it hard to do my scrrencastify with the destractions around me. Next time I will try to add more on my screencastify.

Profile / about me

Hi my name is Kristie-Lee. Me and my family are from Aotearoa-New Zealand. I live with my aunt, my three cousin’s my one brother and my uncle. I have two sisters and two brothers. I'm good at spelling & reading. I enjoy playing rugby with my friend's. My challengers for this year are getting better with mathematics. And my goal for this year is to win as many games of rugby before I leave the school. What I'm looking forward to this year is finding more time with my friends and playing rugby. Somebody who inspires me as my Dad because he teaches me how to play tackle rugby.

Today with Mrs.Williams we where learning about protecting yourself from the internet.

I found it easy to do the first paragraph.
